Baltimore Marine Recovery/TowBoatU.S. Baltimore/Middle River was established in 1991 by Captain Frank Dolan. BMR's fleet has expanded to four tow boats equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to serve boater's throughout our Chesapeake Bay service area. As part of the TowBoatU.S. fleet we offer towing services to all boaters in need. BMR also offers salvage, boat deliveries, diving and other marine services.

BMR's Business Philosophy

We are committed to providing prompt, professional and timely assistance to all customers with state-of-the-art equipment and tow vessels operated by experienced captains. While conducting our daily business, we are an active advocate and leader in the marine community lending our support to local law enforcement and U.S. Coast Guard in search and rescue efforts as a public service to all boaters. We respect the community we serve and proactively work to protect the valuable natural resources of the Chesapeake Bay.
